Each of the ten rooms has a character of its own. The Engine Room recalls the mill’s industrial past, the Water Suite sets a calm, peaceful mood and the Light Suite charms with its bright, airy space. Together they create places where the history of the mill blends naturally with contemporary comfort.

Interior & Art

Here the history of the mill meets contemporary design and the work of local artists. In the lounge, on the upper walkway and in the rooms you will discover vases, chandeliers and other details shaped by honest craftsmanship, original ideas and a feel for materials. Selected pieces can even come home with you – as a reminder of your time at the mill.

At the restaurant of The North Mill, the menu changes with every season. It is built on quality local ingredients and on herbs and vegetables from our own garden. We prepare every dish with an emphasis on seasonality, taste and attention to detail.
